By March 31, producers must report to the chambers of commerce data on batteries and accumulators placed on the national market in the previous year, broken down by type; this data is reported for the first time at registration with reference to the previous calendar year.
How to submit the official communication?
In order to submit the annual report, it will be sufficient to notify the SINAB Consortium, using the appropriate form, of the data on the domestic market entry.
In this way, the Consortium will report the data to the Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the producer by means of a telematic proxy issued at the time of registration.
What if there were no imports?
Producers who have not made any imports in the calendar year will still have to submit the report indicating zero quantity.
