Sinab firmly believes in transparency and fairness in its activities. For this reason, it has adopted an Organizational Model (MOG) in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, accompanied by its Code of Ethics.

Whistleblowing
Sinab has introduced a whistleblowing system to enable anyone to report misconduct or violations of company principles. Reports may concern:
- Violations of the Code of Ethics
- Conflicts of interest
- Fraud and financial crimes
- Conduct not in accordance with internal procedures
How to report
To submit a report anonymously, fill out the online form. The information you provide will be handled confidentially by the staff in charge.
Guarantees for the reporter
All reports will be treated confidentially. It is possible to send the report anonymously.
