Regulatory Compliance and Extended Producer Responsibility. Choose SINAB: The System of Collective Funding alongside manufacturers and importers.
The National Battery and Other Waste System – SINAB Consortium is a collective financing system that organizes and coordinates the management of waste batteries and accumulators (in accordance with Legislative Decree 188/2008) and waste electrical and electronic equipment (in accordance with Legislative Decree 49/2014).
SINAB is one of the leading non-profit Consortia and operates under European Directive 2012/19/EU implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 49/2014 for EEE and Legislative Decree 188/2008 for Batteries and Accumulators.
To whom does SINAB address?
SINAB targets companies that manufacture or import (including from countries in the EU) batteries, batteries, equipment and electronic products such as:
- Any type of battery and/or battery. Starting from "disposable" lithium batteries (CR2032) to accumulators for photovoltaic systems. It should be noted that the Regulations do not impose quantity thresholds, so even if only one battery is imported, the requirements are the same.
- Electrical or computer products, PCs, computers, printers, large household appliances, small household appliances, computer and telecommunications equipment, consumer equipment and air conditioners, lighting equipment, electrical and electronic tools, toys and recreational and sports equipment, medical devices, monitoring and control instruments, vending machines, batteries, batteries and accumulators, and photovoltaic panels.
Companies will thus be able to take advantage of the SINAB Consortium, a Collective System with decades of experience in the collection and recycling of Waste Batteries and Accumulators and professional WEEE in Italy, and fulfill the various regulatory obligations inherent in the matter through a single point of contact.
A world map that does not contain the Country of Utopia is not even worthy of a glance, because it does not contemplate the one country to which Humanity continually lands. And when he casts the anchor there, the lookout sees a better country and Humanity again makes sail. Progress is nothing but the making history of utopias
