Environmental consulting services are not provided directly by the Consortium but are outsourced to top-tier partners. The situation is different for ADR consulting—which is essential for the proper classification of batteries—as Sinab provides these services directly.

Business check-up
The environmental consulting services provided by our partners begin with the organization of one or more days—depending on the client’s needs—to conduct an initial assessment of the on-site environmental conditions, including specific site visits to the production facility. At the client’s request, the assessment can be rescheduled to review the progress of work and to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
ONLINE waste loading and unloading register qualification
The partner will enable access to the online waste intake and disposal log, which allows for real-time recording of e-waste management operations. This will enable the partner to review the entries made and, if necessary, provide assistance and support.
Assistance and possible training to records on mandatory waste loading and unloading records, with standard offline mode
If requested, our partners can assist and train staff on how to properly complete the paper records of waste receipt and disposal, which must be retained and presented to the relevant authorities in the event of an inspection.
Monitoring of environmental deadlines
The service also includes monitoring environmental deadlines related to electronic waste management, such as the submission of the MUD, compliance with RENTRI requirements, and verification of authorizations and entries in national registries.
MUD processing, verification and counting
Through our partners, we provide our clients with a service for preparing, verifying, and calculating the MUD (Unified Environmental Declaration Form), which is a document required by law for all parties involved in the production, transportation, disposal, and brokerage of waste.
The MUD must be completed and submitted by April 30 of each year, in the manner prescribed by current regulations, for both computerized and manual registers.
Waste management training courses
For those who need it, our environmental consulting services may include the opportunity to participate in specific training courses on waste management, the proper handling of environmental documents, and the preparation of the MUD. The courses are taught by qualified staff from our partners, who are up to date on environmental regulations and best practices for managing electronic waste.
Provision of specific products for the environment
As the final step in the environmental consultation, we will recommend the purchase of specific environmental products, such as absorbent materials, compliant containers for waste storage, and new automotive batteries.
These products are useful for preventing and managing possible environmental emergencies, ensuring the safety and quality of production processes, and reducing the environmental impact of e-waste.
