The CdC WEEE has made available the recording of the second event in the webinar series dedicated to WEEE management, with a focus on regulatory obligations for distribution operators.
During the meeting, the step-by-step procedure for registering on the CdC WEEE portal, a practical support for retailers, installers and EEE service centers with both physical and online outlets, was explained. Registration provides an understanding of how to fulfill the regulatory obligation to register the collection locations of household e-waste collected from consumers on the portal on a 1-for-1 and 1-for-0 basis.
A key aspect is the selection of the D6 service category. Those who have already registered one or more D4 and/or L1 services must also register the same collection places under D6, keeping the D4 and/or L1 services active.
