UN38.3 is the test that certifies the suitability of batteries, as it confirms that the batteries have passed all the selective tests required by the standard.

What happens in case of irregularities?

During checks and inspections, the presence of the Certification is verified. If missing, the goods are stopped and administrative fines or criminal penalties are imposed as prescribed by national and international regulations.
