Nearly 511,000 tons of WEEE from households and professionals were treated by authorized facilities during 2023.
The figure marks a 4.6% downward trend compared to 2022. This translates into a collection rate of 30.24% of the average amount released for consumption over the last three years. This figure confirms the negative trend of the last three years and distances Italy by almost 35 points from the EU target.
