Not everyone knows that even a small battery contains many noble and valuable materials for industry that are worth recovering. Batteries can be given a new lease of life by using these materials to make new batteries or to make other items.
In fact, as stipulated in the new EU Regulation 2023-1542, in the coming years it will be mandatory to ensure recycled content in industrial batteries, batteries for electric vehicles, batteries for light transport vehicles, and automotive batteries.
