Are you a seasoned accountant with a solid understanding of ordinary accounting and experience managing a Consortium? Are you looking for a new professional challenge? We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for the SINAB Consortium!

Job Description:

  • Management of ordinary accounting applied to the management of a consortium
  • Active and passive billing management
  • Keeping accounting deadlines
  • Recording of receipts and payments, including VAT settlement
  • Double-entry first note management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Debt collection
  • Payments through home banking and Entratel
  • Attendance/absence management for employee payroll study
  • Archiving of accounting documents
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Preparation of year-end financial statements for submission to the accountant, including year-end entries and calculation of depreciation and amortization
  • Maintenance and compilation of all mandatory corporate books and records
  • Using software such as Sigla, Teamsystem, Zucchetti, and Cloud Invoices
  • Knowledge of the functions of a consortium and related tasks, including management of consortium members' activities, consortium dues, how to prepare minutes, convening of ordinary and extraordinary meetings
  • Relations with the Board of Auditors, with the SB for Legislative Decree 231/2001 and generally with external consultants
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in routine accounting and managing a consortium
  • Expertise in managing the activities listed above
  • Knowledge of accounting software and the Office package
  • Communication skills and good interpersonal relations
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Self-driving as the workplace is located in an area that is difficult to reach by transportation alone
